"The location in the centre of the city is excellent, if a little difficult to drive up to due to traffic restrictions. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and understanding, providing really great service. We stayed one night and didn't experience the leisure facilities or restaurant, but our room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. "

"Only there briefly, but service was good. Room was clean and tidy, although some of the furniture and the doors are from yesteryear. My bed was great, don’t remember seeing a kettle in the room, corridors clean but smelt like cleaning materials as well. Overall, great value and I would come back!"
